  Gas Thermal Mass Flow Meter - MTF 4000  
 
The MTF-4000 series is designed for a wide array of applications including those for the semiconductor and bio-medical industries. Low cost and high performance are achieved by using the latest circuit designs, sensors and microprocessor technology. The MTF-4000 has many output functions including an RS-485 interface, LED display, Hi/Low alarm, open collectors and 0 - 5 VDC output. Based on these output functions, it is very easy to configure and operate an accurate flow measurement system.

  Thermal Mass Flow Meter - MTHF Series  
 
The MTHF Series comes with or without an LCD display, and all models come with linear 0-5 V DC and 4-20 mA output. The MTHF Series measures the mass flow rate of gases in 18 ranges from 0-10 NLPM to 0-50 NLPM as range table. The MTHF Series combine a mass flow transducers with an electromagnetic proportional valve. Valves are not recommended as shut of valves. Controllers us a 0-5 V DC liner set-point signal supplied from the local set-point point or from a remote source.
